Left. Right.Focus.
The rhythm your body already knows. A pocket-sized bilateral pulse, built for the restless.
You already know
this feeling.
Walk, and the idea shows up. Run, and the problem solves itself. Pace the room, and the sentence lands.
Your body thinks best when it moves. Left, right, left, right — a steady bilateral rhythm your nervous system recognizes as safe, grounded, alive.
It started
in therapy.
Therapists use bilateral stimulation to help people process what feels stuck. Alternating pulses, left and right, at a steady pace.
The technique is part of EMDR, a clinical protocol studied for over forty years. It works on a simple physical truth: when the body moves in rhythm, the brain organizes itself.
Kora Pocket takes one of the most quietly effective tools in a therapist's office and puts it in your pocket. Not as therapy. As a daily tool for focus.
Kora Pocket is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
We didn't invent the rhythm.— Kora Pocket · v1
We made it portable.
Left. Right.
Left. Right.
One bud in each hand. Or one in each pocket. Slow enough to calm. Fast enough to focus.
Two small buds, one in each hand. You feel the pulse before you hear it — because there's nothing to hear. It's pressure, not sound.
Left, then right, then left again, at whatever pace you've set. Not sharp. Not distracting. More like a metronome you're holding. Most people forget they're holding anything. That's the point.
Three steps.
No fourth one.
The whole ritual: pick it up, pulse, put it away. That's the product promise, written as muscle memory.
Open.
Lid off. Two buds. Nothing to set up.
00:05
Pulse.
One in each hand. Or each pocket. Left. Right. Left. Right.
00:30 → ∞
Pocket.
Put it away. There isn't a fourth step.
fin.The rhythm,
in your day.
Five settings. Each named for a moment, not a mood. The preset system is the app; the scenes below are what it's for.
11 p.m., chapter 7, the page won't hold still.
The logic is right. Your attention isn't. Left. Right. Left. Right.
The sentence is close. Your hands need something to do while the words find their way.
Pre-session, when the brain is still at the desk and your body is already at the gym.
Not a sleep aid. The slowest preset. The one that tells your nervous system the day is done.
Your rhythm. Your presets.
Open the app. Pick a preset. Pocket the phone. Let the rhythm do the rest.
Designed to disappear.
Wireless. Magnetic. Pocket-sized. No cables in your bag. No app surveillance. No account required to use it.
Built for the restless.
Four moments, not four categories. If one sounds like your brain, the other three probably do too.
Twelve tabs. An exam Friday. A brain that won't settle.
Two a.m. The idea won't leave. The code won't finish itself.
The sentence is close. Your body needs to move to find it.
Anyone who walks to think, and wants that clarity sitting down.
Backing
Kora Pocket.
Kora Pocket doesn't exist on a shelf yet. That's the point.
The people who back it on Kickstarter are the ones who shaped what it became. They get first access, backer pricing that won't exist after launch, and build updates that are honest, not marketing.
We're in final prototype. The companion app is in active development. The rhythm is real. The device is real. What we're building toward is a production run, and we'll take it there with the people who showed up first.
The waitlist gets the campaign link 24 hours before it goes public. One email. No drip sequence.
If this is for you, this is the moment.
Is this a medical device?
No. Kora Pocket is a wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you're considering it for a specific medical or mental-health need, talk to a professional first.
Is this EMDR therapy?
No. EMDR is a full therapeutic protocol practiced by a trained clinician. Kora Pocket uses bilateral stimulation, one component of EMDR, as a daily focus tool. It does not replace therapy.

More questions.
How quickly will I feel it?
Most people notice a shift within the first minute or two. What it feels like varies. Some describe settling. Some describe focus landing. Some describe their breathing slowing down on its own.
Do I have to use the app?
The device has defaults you can use without ever opening the app. The app is for people who want to save presets and fine-tune speed and intensity.
Who makes this?
Kora Pocket is made by Kaivoo, a small company building tools for the restless. Founded by Ricky Chavez.
Is my data private?
The companion app doesn't require an account. Settings live on your phone. We don't track sessions, sell data, or ship analytics you didn't opt into. If you use it, we don't see it.
When will it ship?
We're launching the Kickstarter soon. Backer units ship after the campaign. Retail follows.
